I built a learning engine for a friend to help her pass the South Carolina Real Estate exam. This article explains at a high level, what I did to help her pass the exam.

You will see what I needed to know, and what I didn't need to know, to develop a basic learning engine to help her practice with challenging sample exam questions... and yet wasn't a random question generator.

It had built in session knowledge to allow her to dive into areas she needed to, and summarized the session with suggestions in what she needed to focus on before engsging the learning engine again.

Most people are using AI to get answers faster. That's not the real opportunity.

Answers are abundant. Useful systems are not.

The real opportunity is building something repeatable, reliable, and actually useful to other people... and it starts with understanding that the word solution carries two very different meanings.
